What can I say about Hairspray other than that it was absolutely brilliant!! It’s easy to see why this show has sold out this week.

Hairspray is such a joy to watch, and the cast captured this perfectly. You could genuinely see how much fun they were having on stage!
One of the standout moments for me was Link Larkin’s (Jude Major) performance of “It Takes Two”. His voice had a wonderful depth and richness that made the number particularly memorable.
I also loved the staging of “I Can Hear the Bells.” The use of the ensemble brought Tracy’s (Ellie Barratt) imagination to life and added a lovely charm to the scene.

Penny’s (Natasha Ann Carr) comedic timing was spot-on, and I thoroughly enjoyed the way the character was portrayed—her humour and quirkiness shone through.
Another highlight was Lil Inez. Her energy was electric, and she proved herself to be an incredibly talented performer!
Overall, Hairspray was a fantastic production, and anyone lucky enough to have tickets is definitely in for a treat.
